Shilpi Sarkar
Ph.D. and MS from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. Bachelor's from Presidency College (now University), Calcutta. Along the way she won academic honors, accolades and prestigious scholarships. Over twenty years of experience in sociology, education, social psychology, creativity, mental well-being, and educational philosophy. In between teaching thousands of undergraduates from the fields of engineering, management, pharmacy and STEM track programs, and getting them keenly interested in their elective – she also developed into an expert on Statements of Purpose, and wrote letters of recommendations across more than a decade when in the USA. She has experience in writing exceptionally high quality SOPs for over 4000 undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students applying in Management studies, Engineering, the Sciences and Liberal Arts
Dr. Malika Nanda
Dr. Malika has a vintage of more than 25 years around Domestic and International Education. Moreover she has been an Academic Consultant, who has helped many Corporates set up their training academies. She has also served in leadership roles in many Academic Institutions such as designated HOD at The Lawrence School, Shimla and Principal for few Management Institutions. She has graduated from lIM Kolkata with an Executive Leadership Program and holding Hon. Doctorate in Education & Training from Model United Nations, Switzerland. Malika is also a Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2000 British Standards Institution (UK). She is an Acclaimed Educator by American Leadership Board, USA. She is also a Global Ambassador Education and Training by Gold Tower Foundation, UAE. She has been facilitated with the Teachers Innovation award by Sri Aurobindo Society, India. Currently, she and a team of expert Career Counsellors are helping thousands of students to be aware of their Individual Potential and map it to the Right Career options suited to their personality. Scientific tools like psychometric tests are used clubbed with one-on-one interaction and continuous mentoring.
Kausik Mitra
Mr. Kausik has around 19 years of senior management experience in student recruitment and partnerships. He has been the Education Advisor for Sussex University since 1994. Acting as the Sole proprietor of brand ‘Sussex India’ and have been able to establish Sussex University as one of the successful University brands in India. He has taken part in several policy making projects for the Higher Education sector in the UK and has been one of the first people in India to establish an Indian Office of a UK University. A first mover in exchange and collaborations (the future of international education) and the only representative in India to have been honoured with a special contract for setting up collaborative activities between India and the UK. He is cited quite regularly in Times of India articles on UK education and has worked closely with British Council over the years.
